George has served on the Executive board for WAMP (Washington Association of Mortgage Professionals) as President-Elect, Broker Director, Vice President and is currently serving his term as President for the Washington Association of Mortgage Professionals. He was Chairman of the Mortgage Division of The REALTY ALLIANCE, and responsible for the annual reports for its’ members who are the 65 largest regional real estate firms in the United States. Originally born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, George went to Bond Hill Elementry School, Crest Hills Jr. High, Finneytown High School and University of Cincinnati. George has worked for Mortgage companies such as Columbia Finanical, Washington Mutual, Rainier Mortgage and Executive Vice President of Metrocities - the 5th largest mortgage lender in the nation. He was the Senior Vice President and Franchise Director transitioning Qpoint from a small branch location into 44 locations throughout the Northwest funding over $1.5 Billion of mortgage loans annually. In 1998, Mr. Charles founded a mortgage company for John L. Scott real estate called Response Mortgage where he was President until leaving to start HomeServices Consulting LLC, a firm still operating today providing Consulting Services, Temporary Executive Leadership, Interactive Dashboards, and Affiliated Business services.
